1.1 Age Requirement

1.2 One Account Rule

Each individual may open only one account. tb66 reserves the right to close any accounts where the same person operates multiple accounts, or where multiple accounts are created from a single IP address, and the associated balances may be forfeited.

1.3 Accurate Information

You must provide complete, truthful, and accurate information at the time of registration. If your name, date of birth, address, or contact details are found to be false or misleading, your account may be suspended or closed. If your details change at any point, please notify our support team.

1.4 Account Security

2.1 Deposit Methods

Funds can be deposited on the tb66 platform using the following payment methods:

• Upay — Digital payment by United Commercial Bank

2.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Your account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be made. tb66 reserves the right to hold a withdrawal until identity is confirmed. Withdrawals must always be made via the same method used for the original deposit.

2.3 Currency & Conversion

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted. Currency conversion or additional fees may apply according to your payment provider's policy.

3.1 Welcome Bonus

tb66 offers new players a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳18,000 would give the maximum bonus of ৳8,000, resulting in a total balance of ৳26,000. The bonus amount will never exceed ৳8,000.

3.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings from a bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 in wagers must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering applies only to the bonus amount, not to the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

3.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each player may claim the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to any other account.
• tb66 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

3.4 VIP & Cashback Program

tb66 has four VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. As you move up through regular play, weekly cashback benefits increase: up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.5% at Silver, 0.8% at Gold, and up to 1.0% weekly cashback at Platinum. VIP program terms are published separately and are subject to change at any time.

4.1 Fair Use Policy

All games on the tb66 platform are operated on the basis of fair play principles. Using any automated software, bots, or scripts to play games is strictly prohibited. If any player exploits a technical error or system vulnerability, the relevant account may be closed.

4.2 Right to Void Bets

Any game or betting round conducted on the basis of a technical error, software failure, or incorrect information will be considered void and cancelled. In such cases, the original stake will be refunded, but no potential winnings will be paid out.

4.3 Special Rules for Sports Betting

The markets available in the sports betting section may change from time to time. If a match is cancelled or postponed, the related bet is generally declared void and the stake is refunded. tb66 makes no guarantees regarding the outcome of any specific match or odds.

5.1 List of Strictly Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and, if detected, may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Money laundering or any transaction involving illegal funds
• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Placing bets artificially for the purpose of bonus abuse
• Attempting to hack, crack, or gain unauthorized access to the system
• Attempting to guarantee risk-free profit by betting on every possible outcome
• Misusing another player's account or information
• Impersonating tb66 or its staff

6.1 tb66's Right to Close Accounts

tb66 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice if a user violates these terms, suspicious activity is observed, or there are security-related concerns.

6.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Any player who wishes to voluntarily close their account may contact our support team. An opportunity to withdraw the available balance will be provided before the account is closed, however any pending bonuses or active wagering requirements will be cancelled.
